I coach co-dependent women and men with attachment disorders that no longer know who they are outside of their roles in life and find themselves engaged in an array of addictive behaviors.

- Who are the Not So Normal Faces Of Addictions
- There are all types of addiction. Those that go unrecognized or are underserved are those highly functioning business professionals that pay little if any attention to the other 7 categories that create a truly balanced life. They are the helicopter parents living completely for and through their children. The co-dependent with attachment issues that define their self-worth through relationships with others and how much they do for them. They are also impulsive shoppers unable to stick to a list and the emotional eaters that blindly consume an entire bakery tub of brownies. Or even the mom that handles everything for everyone at home, the laundry, meal preparation, homework, event scheduling and so on....The examples are limitless.
